Our Termite Inspection & Treatment Service

First the Quality Exterminators of GA, Inc. technician will perform a WDO inspection to search for any signs of termites, wood-decaying fungus, and powder post beetles. If termite tunnels, termite damage, or termites are found anywhere on the property the whole house must be treated.

Our Unique Approach To Termite Inspection & Treatment Service

The termite treatment includes a liquid barrier around the perimeter of the house and sometimes a liquid barrier underneath the house.

1. TERMITE INSPECTION

The technician will look at and inspect the baseboards, windows, and doors for any signs of active termites. The technician will also inspect the crawl space of the house if there is one.

2. TERMITE TREATMENT

First, the perimeter of the house will be trenched, treated, then covered. Then any slabs such as garages and porches will be drilled, treated, then patched with concrete. If there are active termites found in a specific area within the house the inside may also be drilled, treated, then patched. If the crawl space is also being affected the technician will trench and treat the crawl space.

3. TERMITE BAIT STATIONS

Our company uses Advanced Termite Stations, and the technician should space the stations evenly and frequently to ensure proper coverage. Holes are drilled in the ground around the perimeter of the house and an Advanced Termite Bait Station is placed in the ground with an Advanced Cartridge and a block of wood inside of it.
